By accessing or using the Max application, website, and associated services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Max is an informational performance tracking and coaching tool. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.The content, including text, graphics, and AI-generated insights, is for informational purposes only. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, fitness program, or acting on any information provided by the Services, especially if you have a history of health conditions or injuries.
3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
The Services employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide tailored feedback, predictions, and coaching responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce hallucinations, incorrect information, or highly confident but factually flawed advice.
- You agree to exercise independent judgment when acting on AI-generated advice.
- You agree not to rely on the AI Coach for emergency, medical, or life-critical scenarios.
- We disclaim all liability for injuries or damages resulting from actions taken based on AI outputs.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Services are available only with a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not provide retroactive refunds for unused time in a billing cycle unless explicitly required by law.
5. User Accounts and Conduct
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to upload any content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Max, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
